Thankfully, the sprinkler system was working, and stopped the spread of the fire. SERVPRO was able to extract and dry the floors with no problem.

A very small fire in this empty business caused the sprinkler system to go off and flood the entire building. Thankfully, the property was in the process of being sold and was empty of all contents. The fire was so small that even though the fire department was right across the street, they did not know there was a problem until they saw the ice start to build up outside the building from the sprinkler system.
