In Progress Fire Clean Up

The photos of this still in progress fire clean up show the process we use to remove all sources of odor. As soon as we have access to the home we can begin deodorization. We can set air scrubbers which help to remove any smoke as we begin the clean up process. We would then remove all of the fire and smoke damage materials from the affected area and use a HEPA certified vacuum to clean the area. By removing these materials we are removing the source of the odor. We then use baking soda to soda blast the entire area. This not only "blasts" of any remaining char or soot, the baking soda absorbs odor. After cleaning up the baking soda we use odor sealing paint to seal the entire affected area.
