Winter in Michigan- Broken Pipes

This flooded basement in Eaton County Michigan was the result of broken pipes. The homeowners were out of town for the winter and their children were checking on the home. They have a boiler system for heat and when the furnace failed, the water in the pipes for the boiler froze and burst cause damage throughout the entire home. 

All of the contents in the home were packed out and brought back to our shop. Then the demolition was able to begin. We tore out all of the damaged materials and dried out the home. Now the customers are on their way to completely rebuilding the affected areas of their home.
