Commercial Emergency Tarp Up
In this situation, heavy snow and a lot of rain caused a build up of water on top of this commercial building. We were on site quickly to asses. We found broken trusses in the ceiling due to the weight of the snow and water. We were able to quickly brace up the roof and asses the roof damage. We did a tarp up on the roof to be able to begin mitigation after the weight of the roof was braced up. By doing all of this we were able to prevent the roof from collapsing into the building. And this is just one of the many reasons a fast response time is important.
